Have Fun with Us at RootsTech 2025!

It’s almost here, the gathering genealogists eagerly anticipate: the annual RootsTech conference, the biggest genealogical event of the year, happening in Salt Lake City, Utah, from this Thursday, March 6th, through Saturday, March 8th.

GenealogyBank of course will be there, staffing booth #1411.

Whether you’re attending RootsTech in person or online, come pay us a visit. We’re ready to have fun – and also do some genealogy work with you, answering questions and providing search tips. Ask us how we can help you find your ancestor!

We will have in-booth presentations, fun activities for the whole family on Saturday, and a chance to win a FREE annual membership to GenealogyBank.com.

Melony Young, our Director of Consumer Support, said:

“As always, we look forward to being a sponsor at RootsTech this year with the theme ‘Discover.’ I’ll be presenting on Friday at 8:00 a.m. in room 255 BC on ‘Solving Mysteries with GenealogyBank.com’ in which we explore the exciting ways that newspapers can help solve family history mysteries and capture amazing stories.”

About Our Featured Speaker

Melony Young is a seasoned Customer Support Director and Corporate Trainer, and has played a crucial role in developing and training teams at companies like American Express, The American Red Cross, Wayfair, and currently, GenealogyBank.com. Melony has also been known to “dabble” in acting and voiceover work.

Melony developed a love and respect for genealogy work through her grandmother Arlene’s lifelong passion of family history and research, and continues this legacy through an ongoing project with her children and grandson to capture and document life events and memories. Family history research and DNA even helped her connect with a half-brother.
