  1. If you wish photocopies of my two Washington-written documents, I would be glad to send them to you. One is his August 13, 1796 deed of land in the County of Fauquier to his nephew Robert Lewis [my ancestor], and the other is from GW at Valley Forge, March 9, 1778 to Caleb Sibly Esq ordering him to escort Messrs Potts, Buckner [probably my relative but not ancestor], and Clymer as far as West Chester…”
