  1. Great list and I WILL bookmark it. Thanks! Let me also mention the Wilmette Family History Center as a helpful resource for Chicago research for anyone who lives in the area or is visiting. The FHC has a complete collection of Chicago death certificate films to 1947 and all of the Archdiocese of Chicago Catholic parish films that are listed in the Family History Library Catalog.
